General information on conference registration

Registration for TeaP 2025 through our conference system will open on December 18, 2024 and close on February 21, 2025. All attendees, presenters, and chairs of symposia for TeaP 2025 must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. To present, you must be registered as an attendee.

To register for the conference, please log in to your account. If this is your first time visiting the registration website, you will be prompted to create an account. If you have submitted a contribution, you already have an account. If you create a new account as a co-author, all submissions should be associated with your account if you used the email address which was provided by your co-author.

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for a Pre-Conference Workshop. The Pre-Conference Workshops will be held on Sunday, March 9, on the day of the Welcome Reception. There are Full-Day, Half-Day (morning or afternoon), and Mini-Workshops (90 min). All workshops include coffee breaks. Full Day workshops additionally include a lunch package. Please note that workshop capacity is limited and they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A little registration fee applies.

If you would like to attend the Conference Dinner on Tuesday (March 11, 2025) @Casino, Campus Westend, you will need to purchase a dinner ticket (50 € for PhD/student attendees, 70 € for regular attendees). Please note that the number of those tickets is limited (the ticket includes a buffet style dinner with a variety of starters, main courses, and desserts; no sit & dine, but the opportunity to mingle and later dance the night away; drinks are NOT included). We therefore recommend that you register early if you wish to attend the dinner.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration prior to February 18, 2025, a 50 % cancellation fee will be retained from your payment and the difference refunded to you in the form of your original payment. No cancellation requests will be accepted after February 18, 2025. To request a cancellation, please contact teap2025@psych.uni-frankfurt.de.

Registration Fees

There are different rates of the registration fees depending on the time of registration and attendee status. Please note that PhD, Master, and Bachelor students are eligible for an additional discount if they are associated members of the Fachgruppe Allgemeine Psychologie (Division Cognitive Psychology) of the German Psychological Society (DGPs). If you choose this discount, we will send your name to a spokesperson of the Fachgruppe Allgemeine Psychologie in order to confirm your membership.
If you are not yet a student / associated member or regular member of the DGPs Fachgruppe Allgemeine Psychologie, you may apply for membership now (https://www.dgps.de/mitgliedschaft/mitglied-werden/) to take advantage of the reduced registration fees. If you have recently applied for the membership (less than 1 year ago), we ask you to send us proof of your application (e.g., as a picture or PDF document) to our conference email teap2025@psych.uni-frankfurt.de.

• Admission to all conference sessions
• RMV ticket for the duration of the conference, valid for all public transport in the city of Frankfurt
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at the Rotunda, @IG Farben Campus Westend
• Snacks and coffee breaks according to the scheduled program
• Registration fees payment receipts (invoices)
• Official Certificate of Attendance
   

Special Ticket for B.Sc. / M.Sc. students of the Goethe University Frankfurt

0 € ticket to participate at TeaP. The ticket includes:

• Admission to all conference sessions (Talks, Posters, Keynotes, Podium discussion)
• Admission to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at the Rotunda, @IG Farben Campus Westend
• Snacks and coffee breaks according to the scheduled program
