1 July 2024 – 15 September 2024: submission of abstracts
1 January 2025: Notification of accepted proposals
1 January 2025 – 30 May 2025: Online paper submission
1 January 2025 – 1 May 2025: Registration. Please be aware that Edinburgh is very busy in the summer! While we will do our best to find accommodation for as many AKSE guests as possible, please register early for the best chance at securing accommodation.
  • 1 March 2025: Registration deadline for presenters / active conference participants
  • 1 May 2025: Registration deadline for guests requiring accommodation
  • 1 June 2025: Registration deadline for guests not requiring accommodation
late March/early April: Draft conference schedule released
