Abstract submission is NOW open.
COSVARD 2026 is a peer-reviewed conference and all accepted papers will be subject to double-blind reviews. The proceedings of COSVARD 2026 will be an ISSN & doi publication, published through the University of Melbourne. However, following the success of COSVARD 2025 proceedings being published as a Lecture Note with Springer Nature, which is a Scopus-Indexed publication, the proceedings of COSVARD 2026 is also expected to be published with Springer Nature in a similar format. A downloadable file of the proceedings will be available under the 'Publications' section of the Smart Villages Lab homepage (https://smartvillageslab.msd.unimelb.edu.au/) for public access.

You will be able to edit or withdraw your submission, submit further abstracts and follow the status of your submissions.
If you have a user account
Submission deadline for FULL PAPERS is 30 June 2026. At this stage, submission of abstracts is not required but full paper must be submitted before the due date. Following last year's trend, COSVARD 2026 is again to be hosted in both Webinar and face-to-face format.
