Present your innovations and developments at the SEPAWA CONGRESS 2025 in Berlin!

Welcome dear Speaker or Poster Presenter,
 
We would like to thank all authors for submitting an abstract! All submitted abstracts were reviewed by the SEPAWA Program Committee.
You were or will be informed by e-mail if your abstract was accepted for this year’s congress in Berlin. 

If your abstract was accepted, please observe the following guidelines.

1. Email to Madeline Dettenrieder dettenrieder@sofw.com

• Poster and Lecture (mandatory): Give feedback if you accept your lecture and if you have improvements to your submitted abstract information in the lecture program or in the poster program on the congress website (latest 13 August 2025).

2. Please complete your profile in the Abstract Management System and upload the following documents to the given deadlines.
Upload in our conference system: 

• Poster and Lecture (optional): Picture (portrait format) and Email-adress for website (latest 13 August 2025)
• Poster and Lecture (mandatory): Copyright (latest 13 August 2025) 
• Lecture (mandatory): PPT file (latest 3 September 2025) 
• Poster (mandatory): Digital Poster as PDF file (latest 3 September 2025) 

3. Printed poster (mandatory): see instructions speaker emailWe do not accept documents which were send by e-mail!

The Forum for Innovation gives exhibitors (and represented companies of exhibitors) the chance to present themselves as well as their products to the visitors of the SEPAWA CONGRESS 2025. The focus here is mainly on innovations and new developments of ingredients, processes, active agents and much more.
