Welcome Reception

Following the public lecture (see Special Events: "Öffentlicher Vortrag"), all participants are invited to the traditional Welcome Reception.
You will have the opportunity to pick up your conference bag, meet old and new colleagues, and have a drink at the bar. Later on, you can have dinner downstairs in the 1821 restaurant or in any of the many other restaurants located in Tübingen's old town close to the Beletage Museum.
Early-career researchers are warmly invited to join the gathering at Saints & Scholars (see below), just a 5-minute walk away.
Meeting of Early-Career Researchers

All graduate students, post-docs, and assistant professors are invited to join the meeting of early-career researchers for a get-together, discussion, and informal exchange. This year, we will meet in the evening after the welcome reception at "Saints & Scholars". No registration is required.
Conference Dinner
Entrance tickets for the dinner need to be purchased during online registration for the TeaP conference. Included in the price: an aperitif, appetizers, a main dish, a dessert, and 2 drink vouchers. There are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options available. |

Guided City Tour (available in German and English)

| Where? | Starting from 'Neckarinsel' next to the stairs and bus stop 'Neckarbrücke' |
For conference participants who are staying in Tübingen a little longer: explore the city with a guided tour that covers the most important sights of Tübingen's old town, with detailed explanations of the city's history as well as entertaining stories about curious incidents and remarkable people. If you would like to participate, please sign up when registering for the TeaP 2026, while indicating whether you prefer to join the German group or the English group.
